How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password is easy. You’ll need to know the email address associated with your Seismic account. You also need access to that email address to receive the link to initiate the reset process.

These steps involve email. If you do not receive any of the emails mentioned below, please double check your deleted and spam email folders.

Using Your Browser

  1. Navigate to the Forgot Password page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Seismic account.

  3. Click the “Send Instructions” button.

  4. Check the email address for the email containing instructions. It should contain a password reset code.

  5. Back in your browser, enter the code you were sent along with your new password.

  6. Tap the “Change” button.

Using your iOS or Android App

  1. From the Login Screen, tap the “Forgot Password?” text link.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Seismic account.

  3. Tap the “Send Reset Code” button.

  4. Check the email address for the email containing your reset code.

  5. Enter the code you were sent along with your new password.

  6. Tap the “Change Password” button.

I didn’t receive an email or code

  1. Make sure that the email you’re using is the email you signed up.

  2. Wait a while. Sometimes emails can take several minutes before coming through.

  3. Check your email’s deleted and/or spam folders. Even if you’ve received emails from us in the past, these reset password emails might be in there. It’s good to double check.

  4. If you still haven’t received your code, send an email to support@getseismic.com. Make sure to send your email using the email associated with your Seismic account. And, please include any and all troubleshooting steps that you’ve tried.
