Cancellation may be dependent on a prior commitment you may have agreed to when signing up.
Depending on any subscription commitment, you can cancel (and re-subscribe at any time).
Go to your Billing page.
Expand the Cancellation panel
Click the “Cancel my subscription” button
Once you cancel, you will be able to have access to work with your coach until the end of your subscription.
